Did it hail at your address? Enter a street address to see every day since October 2019 when NOAA radar estimated hail within 1, 3 and 5 miles, plus storm reports within 5 miles since 1955.
Privacy. We don't store or log the address you enter. It is sent only to the US Census Bureau's geocoder to find its location, and the results page is never cached or indexed. As you type, the text is also sent to Google to suggest addresses.
What you get
- Each storm day with radar-estimated hail of 0.75″ or more within 5 miles, and the largest estimate within 1, 3 and 5 miles, linked to that day's storm page.

What this is and isn't. These are radar-estimated hail sizes and public storm reports near this address. They are estimates for grid cells and points around the location, not measurements at the property, and they do not show whether hail hit or damaged a roof, a car or anything else. Use them alongside an inspection and your insurer's records. Disclaimer

Radar hail: NOAA MRMS Maximum Estimated Size of Hail (MESH), daily maximum on a 0.01° grid (about 1 km), from the Iowa Environmental Mesonet archive, October 2019 to date. MESH is a radar estimate of the largest hail aloft in each grid cell, not a measurement on the ground; we show cells of 0.75″ and up that pass our quality checks (methodology). A storm day runs from 7 a.m. Eastern (12:00 UTC) to 7 a.m. the next day.
Storm reports: NOAA Storm Prediction Center severe weather database (1950–2025) and preliminary daily reports (2026), as reported by spotters, the public and NWS staff. Reports are not damage assessments.
Snow and rain: NOAA NOHRSC National Snowfall Analysis and NOAA MRMS 24-hour precipitation at the nearest ZIP code's center (snow totals).
