US Tornado Map

IndependentNot affiliated with NOAA or the National Weather Service.

Every tornado and tornado report in the US over the last 12 months, with paths where NOAA has published them.

From November 7, 2025 to November 6, 2026: NOAA's final record lists 26 tornadoes (Nov 9, 2025 to Dec 28, 2025). The Storm Prediction Center has logged 1,523 preliminary tornado reports since (Jan 1, 2026 to Nov 3, 2026); one tornado often has several reports. The strongest was rated EF2 on December 28, 2025.

Rating: 012345 unknown or preliminaryLines run from the start to the end point of each path; dots mark where each tornado touched down.

Straight paths come from NOAA's final tornado record, published months after each year ends; until then a tornado shows as the dot where it was reported. Click a path or dot for its date, rating and toll.

National Weather Service survey teams have mapped 1,294 tornado paths since November 7, 2025, through November 3, 2026. Where a survey exists the map draws that path, colored by the EF rating of each stretch, including tornadoes still listed as preliminary reports.
